Here's what I need you to do when the kids are asleep, your partner is on the other side of the apartment or house, and or the zoom meetings have stopped for the next 30 mins... Breathe in quietly through the nose for 4 seconds, hold the for a count of 7 seconds, exhale forcefully through the mouth, pursing the lips and making a “whoosh” sound, for 8 seconds, and repeat the cycle up to 4 times... Relax... Recharge... Now get back in there champ!
